Time for a Game!

Here are the directions:
1. As a comment on my blog, leave one memory that you and I had together. It doesn't matter if you knew me a little or a lot, anything you remember!

2. Next, re-post these instructions on your blog and see how many people leave a memory about you. It's actually pretty cool (and funny) to see the responses. If you leave a memory about me, I'll assume you're playing the game and I'll come to your blog and leave one about you. :) If you don't want to play on your blog, or if you don't have a blog, I'll leave my memory of you in my comments.

Nikki Reid (Vincent) here. It's been a long time! I found you through Heather Barnes' blog. I mostly remember your big, sweet smile, but I also remember coming to your house once. I think it was for a birthday party because I remember I wasn't the only one there. Anyway, how are you these days? I have a blog, but it's private, so if you'll send me your e-mail, I'll send you an invite. My e-mail address is kikki_poo@yahoo.com I'll be happy to play!

Hi Amber, Most of my memories of you come from the good old clogging days. Remember dancing in our yellow poodle skirts.

Shawn (Busch) Lalliss here. I found your blog through Tara Lemos' blog. Honestly, I remember you from highschool, but my memories are starting to fade...of everyone! The other day I was trying to remember the name of the guy I dated in highschool and it was just not there. So don't feel bad if I don't remember much about our highschool days. I just wanted to say 'hi' and let you know I have a blog but it is private. If you'd like to read it, you can send me an e-mail and I'll send you an invite. My address is buschbaby02@msn.com. Love reading your blog. Take care!

Memories of Amber! Well, The first one is that I thought you were a little show off, just because you were doing what I wanted to be doing. Then I remember we were best friends. I loved the days of light chicken, curly fries, and diet coke. I remember the night before I got married You, Rachel, and me stayed up all night talking about what I would be doing in 24 hours. YIKES!! I remeber benjamins first birthday party. I remember coming to Logan to see you ring and your dress. I remember my phone bills..pre-cell phone days. I love you a lot. I also remember that red-hair kid. Thanks for being such a great friend!!

that engagement story is not actually my story. It's my Sister in Law's. She married Travas Young - from Vernal the day before my wedding. She was opening her mission call to California when he proposed to her!

So I guess I know you the LEAST but still know you. My memory of you you probably won't remember. You were shooting Misty's wedding and I was SOOO jealous of you. In a twist of events you ended up teaching me some of what you know! How's that for a story?

O.K., I didn't do either of your tags so I guess I better play your game. So many memories, where do I begin. Some of our best memories are late night scrapbooking. I could use one of those weekends right now. But I was also thinking about the first time we met. I hadn't actually been on a date with your brother, we were just "hanging out". We met in the hall at Pineview and the three of us just talked on the stairs for a long time. I guess we just clicked from the beginning.

Hi Amber, Mom here. How in the world do you choose one memory out of thousands?! I guess one of the funniest was when we went scrapbook shopping and I found several stacks of paper stackers that were labeled at only 35 cents! Since you were really watching your pennies at the time, this was a great bargain and you loaded up with a stack in you arms that was over your head, barely balanced. When you took them to the checkout counter, the lady informed you that they weren't for sale, they were just put aside until they were needed and the price on them was the price of the paper that had been in them!!!! You were so embarrassed and red faced and when you looked around, we had all disappeared out the door, laughing. We laugh about it still!

Mom's comment is so freakin' rad. It still brings tears to my eyes. We totally bailed on you when you did that embarrassing thing. My memories of Amber...well there are so many like mom said. When I finally grew out of the obnoxious little sister faze, and moved to Logan, anytime I got home sick, or needed a good meal, or someone to talk to, you were always there. And the meals were awesome! Did I ever grow out of that obnoxious little sister faze?
